Based in Salem, New Hampshire, a leading developer and manufacture of laser light display technologies, Laser Light Engines has announced that on September 21, 2010 it has secured $13 million in series B funding from major venture capital and strategic corporate investment institutions. Furthermore, what is unique in the company’s product is that in combines laser technology with fiber optics, nonlinear optics, and polarized diffraction and light with no heat. Furthermore, what makes this technology stand out from the crowd is that it combines high power with energy efficiency.
According to the CEO of Laser Light Engines, Doug Darrow, with the cinema industry looking to meet the demands for 3D film and digital cinema companies looking for projectors which can show a high definition and crisp picture which is both sharp, realistic and bright.
