AlarmPoint Systems Completes Series C Funding

AlarmPoint Systems, the recognized leader in event notification and resolution, recently announced the completion of a $7.5 million financing round comprised of debt and equity financing. JMI Equity led the $4.5 million equity round with minor participation from other follow-on investors. In addition, the financing included $3 million in term financing from Bridge Bank, N.A., the commercial bank subsidiary of Bridge Capital Holdings.
